ZOOM Monday PM Hatha Vinyasa

Suitable for: All levels and abilities.

Description: The class is a mixture of Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa style Yoga. It consists of breathing practices with physical movement, postures and mindfulness. Some brief relaxation and meditation closes the practice.

Time: 18:30-19:45

ZOOM Wednesday AM Yogalates

Suitable for: All levels and abilities.

Description: Yogalates is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. Yogalates improves core strength and posture, whilst increasing suppleness and reducing stiffness and tightness.

Time: 09:00-10:00

ZOOM Thursday PM Vinyasa Flow

Suitable for: Intermediate/Advanced level, not for Beginners.

Description: Thursday class is a mixture of Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates. This class is suitable for students who have participated in Yoga before as it has a faster flow to follow.

Time: 18:00-19:00
