Body Massage & Reiki
Swedish massage is the ideal type of massage for anyone sufferring from; stress-caused tensions, long-term knots, aching muscles, or even those who participate in sport/gym activity. A Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on the therapist’s personal style and what the client’s preferences are. Although, if you are someone who cannot relate to these factors and just simply desire a relaxing/calming massage, Swedish massage is the one for you!
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki Healing involves the therapist placing their hands on or above the body, healing all types of energy i.e. physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Whether this treatment is carried out as a single session or as an extra relaxing part of a massage, the channelling of different energies will leave your body feeling like total bliss.
All massages include a combination of base and essential oils with relaxing Reiki music, providing a tranquil background to your massage.
